Cadence Film and Music Festival presents projects on the leading edge of creativity. Seattle-based film maker Nadya Kadrevis makes her New York debut with the premiere of her feature length documentary entitled Beyond the Torcher. Afterwards, Dr. Primitive (AKA David Haney) and ensemble will present several jazz stories with music. From the pages of Cadence Magazine, theses stories were told to Dr. P and then transcribed. From these transcriptions Dr. brings these powerful stories to life.
