As part of the 2014 Composers Now! Festival, Momenta will present “American Woman,” exploring the unique voices of American women composers from diverse cultural and stylistic backgrounds, including a World Premiere performance of Elizabeth Brown’s Just Visible in the Distance (2013). During intermission, a discussion panel with the composers will be moderated by Laura Kaminsky, herself a noted composer, producer and educator.
