Luis Tabuenca, percussionist/improvisor/composer from Spain, curator of Festival Audio Tangente (FAT) in Burgos (and former student of Steven Schick), organizes an evening with Dafna Naphtali (voice and electronics), who performed with him at the ’13 Festival in a well received duo.
Luis and Dafna join forces again for an evening of acoustic/electro-acoustic, sound/rhythm explorations in duos and trios and in larger groupings– improvisations and compositional revisitations exploring an extreme and full range of timbre and dynamics. And they invited like-minded friends/colleagues to join them: James Ilgenfritz, Briggan Krauss, Stephanie Griffin and other special guests.
